Please call 707-463-4490 to sign-up. For more information – please contact Melissa at the Ukiah Library: 234-2862 or carrm@mendocinocounty.org Sponsored by the Ukiah Valley Friends of the Library.

Amelia Bernard is an Ukiah native & licensed yoga instructor who studied with Amy Sullivan. Below she shares her passion for practicing yoga:
“Growing up in a small community I found a love of dance at a young age. One day, walking to dance class I noticed a new yoga studio opening in town and at the end of my very first class, my curiosity of yoga was sparked. Now more than ten years later, I am sharing my passion of yoga through teaching. I have studied with Amy Sullivan who has taught me the tools to share my passion in a safe, smart and fun way with a mindful vinyasa flow. Exploring the self both physically and mentally is what I am excited to bring to the mat."
