Free Food at the Ukiah Library

Saturday, August 29 from 2 to 4 PM 

The Yokayo Seed Project is hosting our annual Produce & Pantry Share series this fall. Bring your surplus homegrown produce or non-perishable pantry goods to share. Prevent food waste and feed the community!

Here’s how it works:

Community members bring their surplus homegrown produce or non-perishable, non-expired, unopened pantry items to the Ukiah Library. Everyone is invited to visit the library during the event to pick up the free produce and food to take home.

These events will take place on the following dates from 2 to 4 p.m.: August 29, September 26, and October 24.

El Proyecto de Semillas Yokayo organiza este otoño nuestra serie anual de Productos y Compartir Productos y Despensas. ¡Traiga sus excedentes de productos agrícolas o alimentos no perecederos de su despensa para compartir! ¡Prevenga el desperdicio de alimentos y alimente a la comunidad!

Así funciona:

Los miembros de la comunidad traen sus excedentes de productos agrícolas o alimentos no perecederos, vigentes y sin abrir a la biblioteca. Todos están invitados a visitar la biblioteca durante el evento para recoger los productos agrícolas y alimentos gratuitos para llevar a casa.

Estos eventos se llevarán a cabo el 29 de agosto de 2026, el 26 de septiembre de 2026, y el 24 de octubre de 2026, 2- 4 p.m.
